As soon as the water starts boiling reduce the heat and continue to boil the water over low heat for 20 minutes. After that you need to add the minced ginger root (about 4-5 cm in length).
Now you need to pour the water in a thermos along with ginger. Prepare and drink this ginger water every day for six months.
Take it with you wherever you go, to work, trips, shopping, traveling, while you are in front of your computer or while watching TV. Consumer this hot drink in small sips throughout the day.
