Do you know that some food can be replacement with other wich is more healthier for you. This wonderful list exchanges one food for another, but much healthier!

Here are some healthy foods replacements:

Pasta vs. Spaghetti squash

If you replace spaghetti squash for pasta you can lose 2.5 pounds in a year. This is because you decrease 179 in a week. Spaghetti squash contains only 42 calories and it contains 10 grams carbohydrates, 2.2 grams fiber, vitamin A, several vitamins B, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, calcium, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium.

Dairy milk vs. Almond milk, Hemp milk or Coconut milk

Dairy milk contains synthetic vitamins and milk solids but almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk have half of the calories, no sugar and no artificial additives.

Soy sauce vs. coconut aminos

Coconut aminos contains amino acid, enhances the brain and nervous system activity, helps to create proteins in the body, repairs the tissue of the muscles, and boosts the immune system and your energy. With it, replace the soy sauce which can have negative effects on balance of the hormones and the endocrine system

Refined sugar or agave nectar vs. honey

Raw honey has anti-viral, antibacterial and antifungal characteristics, is an antioxidant, eliminator of allergies, betters the digestive system and the immune system, infections and wounds on the skin. Use it instead of sugar or agave nectar which contains 70-80 % fructose, no nutrients and it is made in a laboratory.

Sports drinks vs. coconut water and organifi

Sports drinks are made artificially. Coconut water and organifi have natural and beneficial ingridients. For example, coconut water contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium.

Sugar-laden drinks vs. organic black coffee

Chose organic coffee since it contains high levels of antioxidants and good fats which decrease oxidative stress, chances of cancer, inflammations and diabetes. It also gives you energy, healthy cognitive function and normal pH levels.

Margarine vs. Butter or Ghee

Margarine has chemicals, sugar and trans fats and may cause clogged arteries, increase of LDL levels and lowering of HDL levels. If you can’t tolerate dairy try ghee.

Sugar vs. cinnamon

Cinnamon contains sinnamaldehyde, polyphenol antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic characteristics. It may reduce blood sugar levels. Sugar on the other hand, can cause inflammations and diseases.
