Warning! Mixing These Seven Fruits Cause Serious Diseases!

Consuming fruits and vegetables every day is very important for our health. But, there are things that we shouldn’t mix like two vegetables or fruits or eating them at the same time. It can be unhealthy and fatal, as well. Here is a list of foods that is not good to mix:

1. Pudding and banana

This combination is slow your mind and it is hard to digest. It stimulates the toxin production which can be fatal for infants.

2. Oranges and carrots

Orange and carrot juice is popular combination but it can cause heartburn and excess bile reflux. It can also cause kidney damage and other problems that can be fatal.

3. Pineapple and milk

Pine apple is high in bromelain that mustn’t be mixed with milk. This combination can cause diarrhea, infections, nausea, stomach pain, headaches and other issues that can be very dangerous for babies.

4. Papaya and lemon

This combination might result in anemia and problems with the levels of hemoglobin. Avoid consuming and avoid giving this combination to your children.

5. Guava and banana

This combination can cause gasses and acidosis, resulting in headaches and feeling of nausea.

6. Orange and milk

This combination makes the stomach unable to digest and that results in health issues.

7. Vegetables and fruits

You shouldn’t consume vegetables and fruits together. Fruits are high in sugar and they are hard to digest which leads them staying in the stomach longer. They start to ferment which releases toxins and causes stomach aches, infections, diarrhea and headaches.

Mix fruits only with fruits. These are some suggestions:

Sweet: You can combine sweet fruits that do not contain acid like watermelon, cantaloupe, plums, apples and bananas.
Acidic: These fruits are loaded with citric acid that you can mix freely. Some of these fruits are grapefruits, kiwis, grapes, blueberries, orange and lemon.
Semi-Acidic: They have low amount of acid. Some of these fruits are strawberry, apples, mango and raspberry.
Neutral: Fruits that have more protein, salts, oils and vitamins are coconut, walnuts, peanuts, almonds and avocado.
