These Painful Parts of Your Own Body Shows Very Stressing Things

Commonly, we believe there is a direct connection between pain and a health issue. In case your wrist hurts, maybe you injured it, plus if there is a headache, probably it’s because you experience from migraines or caught a bit too a lot sun.

However, sometimes the particular parts of the body that will hurt are in fact indications of problems elsewhere that are typically not so simple in order to diagnose.

It’s important to be able to decode our bodies’ signs in order to act as soon as possible. Here, we explain the most common pains and what they can mean for your body:

1. If your chest hurts…

… there’s something wrong with your lungs. As they don’t have enough nerve endings, you can’t feel pain directly in the lung. Instead, their way of telling us something is wrong is through a dull ache in the chest. Other more well-known symptoms include a cough and shortness of breath.

2. If you feel pain in the middle of the abdominal region on top of the ribs…

… you probably have a gastric and/or esophageal problem, such as gastritis. This pain may also appear at the same level in your back. If you notice more discomfort before eating, but the intensity decreases after eating, it may indicate the presence of an ulcer.

3. If you feel a compressing pain in the chest that spreads to your left arm…

… and to the shoulder blade up to the neck, you may have a heart problem. If you also notice pressure in your chest, it may be a sign of a heart attack — in that case, immediately call for help. Symptoms of heart disease — such as arrhythmia or heart failure — may vary between men and women, so it’s important to see a doctor for advice.

4. If the area around the navel hurts…

… you should be concerned about your small intestine. But if the pain is followed by nausea, loss of appetite and fever, it may be an inflammation of the appendix (appendicitis) in the large intestine.

5. If you have abdominal pain, especially on the right side…

… then the problem is in the large intestine. If it’s accompanied by constipation, then there’s no doubt.

6. If your upper abdominal area hurts…

… the problem is likely to be in the pancreas. Other symptoms included fever, nausea, headache, tachycardia (elevated heart rate) and weight loss.

7. If your back hurts…

… the problem can be found in your kidneys. This type of pain is often confused with simple muscle pain, but the difference here is the pain starts deep below the ribs, sometimes even reaching the legs.

8. If you feel pain in the upper right area of the abdomen…

… you should be concerned about your gallbladder and liver. This pain can also appear in the same area of your back, and is usually constant. Although not common, if you also have nausea and are vomiting, and notice your skin turning yellow, these may be symptoms of gallbladder cancer. If you have any suspicions, it’s best to visit your doctor.

9. If the lower right region of your abdomen hurts…

… then you should get your appendix checked out. Often, the pain can spread over the entire belly or to separate areas of the belly, as well as the right thigh. The pain may get worse with walking or coughing. If you are also experiencing chills and tremors, and have a fever, diarrhea and vomiting, it’s likely you have appendicitis, so go to a doctor!

This information is very important and useful for getting a first idea of what may be happening inside you. However, the human body is very complex, and each person is different, so do not hesitate to go to your doctor when you feel pain or have any of these symptoms. Remember, the health of you and your loved ones is the most important thing!
