It is probably the most common health issue today, regardless if they happen from time to time or constantly. Even though the first thought that comes to mind when attempting to soothe an annoying headache is taking another pain killer, you should inform yourself of the natural ways that will get you the same effects, but without the side effects of medications.

Here, you’ll learn how to prepare three natural remedies that will effectively relieve your headache in an instant.

  • 15 to 20 drops of peppermint oil
  • 1 tbsp. of grapeseed oil
  • 2- 3 drops of eucalyptus oil

Put the Shea nut oil, beeswax pastilles and grapeseed oil in a double boiler and melt over medium heat. Once they combine well, remove from heat and add the essential oils.

Mix well, and store into a small container. Cover with a lid, and let the balm cool and solidify before use.

2. Magnesium Oil Headache Balm

  • 20 drops of peppermint essential oil.

This balm is not only helpful in relieving headaches, but thanks to the included magnesium it can also relieve migraines.

Put the olive oil and beeswax in a double broiler and melt over lower heat.

Remove from heat and add the castor oil, magnesium, and essential oils. Use a fork to whip the mixture, and then store it in a small glass jar with a lid.
