In the end was seen that no. 1 had the most cavities. No. 2 was slightly better and had healing cavities and the last group had bets results. Even doctors and experts backed this diet change impact on the teeth.

Remove sugar
The best step for progress. No more sugars. The sugar thrives with the bacteria inside the mouth and stops the healthy tissues and fluids, so it is acidic and steals the minerals off the teeth.

To stop this decay, eat more fat soluble minerals and vitamins. Eat leafy greens and veggies like coconut and avocado, also seeds and nuts.
